The Robert De Niro's jacket in Taxi Driver is modified from the original U. S. Army specs of the US Army Jacket, Combat, Winter Type Tanker Jacket (Tank Jacket, Tankers Jacket). The original US Army Wool lining fabric has been replaced by rayon/cotton blended quilted padded lining in red color, and the original US Army bi-swing back were stitched to not work for a more practicality, casual look and fashion purpose. TOYS McCOY has reproduced the Jacket with all the correct features found on the Taxi Driver movie prop costume. This tanker jacket is constructed of a 100% cotton cavalry twill outer shell with rayon/cotton blended padded quilted satin lining that is comfortable. And it features a center-set frontal zip closure with Internal storm flap, two external slant single welt hand-warmer pockets, wool knit ribbed sleeve ends and collar and waistband. And this Jacket is decorated with patches and stencil printing. This product is made for Japanese market and made for Japanese clothing sizes. Outer shell fabric : 100% cotton cavalry twill twill fabric with the grain of the fabric running diagonally. Non-stretch, high density, tightly woven, durable twill fabric. This jacket is brand new but, has been processed to give it a fashionable faded vintage feel. This jacket deliver the perfect combination of durability and natural softness for comfort.

Lining shell for body and sleeves : Made with 65% rayon and 35% cotton blended onion quilted satin lining in red color for the torso and sleeves. Full quilted red color taffeta lining with polyfill insulation. The lining is smooth and sleek so you can take the jacket off and put it on easily.

Interlining (Type of insulation) : Inside lightweight polyester fiber filling. 100% lightweight polyester fiber fill sandwiched between the outer shell and lining shell to retains heat and protect you from the cold. Suitable for fall and winter seasons. Great for wearing winter with under layering.

Placket type : Zipper closure from TALON. An internal storm flap behind the zipper prevents the wind from slipping through the front.

Storage : Two external slant single welt hand-warmer pockets.

Collar : Two-ply worsted-wool knit ribbed collar.
