This shearling bomber jacket is made in Japan and produced by TOYS McCOY. TOYS McCOY is a Japanese clothing brand established in 1996 by Hiroshi Okamoto, based in Tokyo, Japan. TOYS McCOY's products are introduced contemporary elements into american classic and vintage clothing making. The pattern construction of this jacket is a reproduction of the USAAF U. S. Army Air Force Type B-10 Intermediate Flight Jacket (Bomber Jacket, Flying Jacket) with classic exacting details. This jacket combines all those historical characteristics and details with a modernize fit for a more casual look and fashion purpose. The fabric of this jacket is made up of 2 layers. This military aviator jacket is constructed from a 100% cotton twil outer shell in olive color with alpaca-wool pile fur lining in the body and sleeves for added warmth. And this B10 jacket features a center-set frontal zip closure with wind flap protector (storm flap) located behind zipper, genuine mouton-fur collar with a throat tab, wool knit ribbed sleeve ends and waistband, Two button-flap exterior patch pockets, shoulder straps(epaulets) and Army Air Forces shoulder sleeve insignia paint on left arm. This product is made for Japanese market and made for Japanese clothing sizes. And this Jacket is originally intended to wear as a regular fit (Not too slim or Not too loose) with short in the body length for a more fashion-forward looks. Outer shell fabric : 100% cotton twill fabric with the grain of the fabric running diagonally. Non-stretch, high density, tightly woven, durable twill fabric. This jacket is brand new but, has been processed to give it a fashionable faded vintage feel. This jacket deliver the perfect combination of durability and natural softness for comfort. *This jacket has some white marks/spots/streaks on fabric. This isn't an error. Please note that this is a process to create a vintage feel and look.

Color : Olive.

Lining shell for body and sleeves : Fully lined, 50% alpaca and 50% wool blended alpaca-wool pile fur to retains heat and protect you from the cold. This lining provides great warmth to the wearer. Warm alpaca-wool pile sherpa insulation lining in the body and sleeves stay warm. Suitable for fall and winter seasons.

Placket type : Zipper closure. Front Fastener from Talon zip with zip tape made of all-cotton HBT fabric. Vintage-style TALON zipper closure with wind flap protector (storm flap) located behind zipper closure (partially to the lower side of the jacket). Leather pull tab on zipper.

Storage : Two exterior button-flap patch pockets on the lower front section of the jacket. A pen slot is attached to the inside of the left pocket. One interior vertical-side-entry snap-closure pocket.

Collar : Accented with gorgeous, plush, genuine mouton-fur panel collar with backing cotton twill to maintain collar shape and help keep collar up when the need arises. A buttoned throat latch (neck strap, chin strap, throat tab) is attached under the left collar. And two concealed buttons under the right collar allow the throat latch to be buttoned across the neck. This throat latch is used for in foul weather to provide added protection to the lower part of the face with the collar-upturned. You can also hide a throat latch with throat tab keeper button underneath left collar, when you do not use a throat tab.

Cuff type : The two-ply worsted-wool cuffs with the narrow weave graduating into the wider weave at top.

Pattern Type : Plain (Solid color) with U. S. Air Forces shoulder sleeve insignia paint on left arm.

Sleeve Style : Set-in sleeves.

Sleeve Length : Long sleeves.

Other details : The two-ply worsted-wool knit ribbed sleeve ends and waistband are comfortable and flexible. Hanger loop on the inside neck. USAAF insignia screening in off-white located on the lower section of interior pocket. Shoulder epaulets with button fasteners. Armpit gusset is an extra piece of material sewn into the area under the armpit.
