This denim trucker jacket is made in Japan and produced by Sugar Cane from Toyo Enterprises. The Sugar Cane label, a division of Toyo Enterprise in Japan, is famous around the world for its expertly-crafted authentic workwear and work clothing. The pattern construction of this jean jacket is inspired by an iconic the Vintage Clothing 1953 Type II (Type 2) Jacket, but this denim jacket is outfitted with Sugar Cane's own detailing and design in a contemporary approach. With the inspiration from classic American styles, this denim jacket has been re-designed for a more casual look and fashion purpose. This jacket is constructed from 14 Oz. mixed denim panels. One very unique part of this jacket is a asymmetrical two tone color block denim design, combining the two different denims styles into one jacket. This is a jean jacket mixing Hawaii and Okinawa sugar cane fiber denim into one jacket. This two tone mixed denim panel jacket is made for Japanese market and made for Japanese clothing sizes. And this jacket is intended to wear as a Regular Fit (Not too slim or Not too loose, and it has a moderate room around the chest and body to allow layers such as hoodie or sweatshirt to be worn underneath) with short in the body length. This lightweight outerwear piece can be worn year-round, especially in spring and fall. This mixed denim jacket is new original creations by Sugar Cane by Toyo Enterprises.

Fabric Type : Made of 50% sugar cane fiber and 50% slub cotton blended 14 Oz. unlined, single-ply Japanese selvedge denim. This jacket is constructed from 14 Oz. mixed denim panels. One very unique part of this jacket is a asymmetrical two tone color block denim design, combining the two different denims styles into one jacket. This is a jean jacket mixing Hawaii and Okinawa sugar cane fiber denim into one jacket. It combines the toughness and the natural softness for comfort. Selvedge details can be seen along the interior placket. And this jacket is washed once. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. And the more you wear, the more denim will fade beautifully.

Placket type : 5 buttons on front opening. Buttons are antique finished custom engraved iron buttuns for fade and a broken-in appearance and vintage look.

Storage : Two exterior chest flap pockets with button. Each pocket is lined with a different striped fabric.

Cuff type : Single button cuff wit cuff slit. Cuff slits are reinforced with rivet and bar-tack For extra strength.

Front type : Shoulder yoke and stitched-down double pleats (that can be released for more room) on front.

Back type : This jacket has a straight back yoke and two large back panels with a centre seam. knife pleats on the back to allow for ease of movement and comfort.

Sleeve Style : Set-in sleeves.

Sleeve Length : Long sleeves.

Other details : Snake skin patch and hair on horse hair patch are applied to lining. Buttoned side tabs (Both sides of the hem come with side button adjusters, allowing you to cinch the shape). Since this item is indigo-dyed, it's prone to crocking, or color transfer, so wear (and wash) it with dark colors till it's worn in.
