Fabric : Made of 100% cotton unlined, single-ply, super nice heavyweight thermal waffle knit horizontal stretch fabric, which has a thicker and stiffer, more high-density texture than any of other normal thermal waffle knit t-shirts. This makes it more durable and added warmer. Heavyweight rugged heavy-duty waffle-knit thermal fabric with square pattern in the weave of the threads. Additionally, as part of the finishing process, the jacket are pre-washed (also known as one-wash) to minimize shrinkage and give them a fashionable vintage look. Waffle weave (also known as honeycomb weave) has a three-dimensional cellular structure which resembles a bee's honeycomb. This cellular effect is produced on both the face and the back of the fabric. The three-dimensional waffle structure gives fabrics a large surface area which makes them either very warm or very absorbent. The waffle weave also allows air to flow through the fabric so that it dries quickly. Also, the waffle weave has horizontal stretchability for comfort. And it is sewn on a vintage union special 4-needle flat seam sewing machine. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage.

Collar : Ribbed crew bound neckband (cover stitch neckband with double stitching). It used for the neck to prevent overstretching.

Cuff : Ribbed cuffs to help insulate from cold weather. The two-ply knit ribbed sleeve ends are comfortable and flexible. Vintage style longer ribbed cuff to provide fit in the right places.

Hem type : A raw-edge hem with overlock stitch. This detail can be seen on rare vintage workwear shirts as well as modern reproductions.
