The pattern construction of this shirt is modeled after the vintage classic American work shirts, but this short sleeve button up shirt is outfitted with Studio D'artisan's brand own detailing and design in a contemporary approach with a modernize fit. Made of a 100% cotton mediumweight twill fabric woven with buffalo plaid pattern in indigo color. This buffalo plaid pattern fabric is woven with indigo-dyed yarns. The result is an attractive indigo plaid pattern fabric which is very soft feel. Twill fabric with the grain of the fabric running diagonally with a neppy and rugged texture on the face of the fabric. With wear and wash the indigo dye will fade to create a unique personalized garment. With the inspiration from American classic work shirts, this item has been re-designed for a more casual look and fashion purpose. This product is made for Japanese market and made for Japanese clothing sizes. Fabric: Made of a 100% cotton, single-ply, unlined, mediumweight twill fabric woven with buffalo plaid pattern in indigo color. This plaid pattern fabric is woven with indigo-dyed yarns. The result is an attractive indigo plaid pattern fabric which is very soft feel. Twill fabric with the grain of the fabric running diagonally with a neppy and rugged texture on the face of the fabric. This plaid fabric is woven using thick yarns made out of indigo pre-dyed. Yarn-dyed fabric is made out of pre-dyed yarns woven into a pattern. It differs from piece-dyed fabric, which is dyed after the cloth is woven. The result is an attractive plaid pattern fabric which is very soft feel. Yarn dyed fabric is woven from material that has already been dyed. And this fabric with loose-tension weaving has a natural softness. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. And the more you wear, the more fabric will fade beautifully. With wear and wash the indigo dye will fade to create a unique personalized garment.

Types of garment closure (Placket type) : 6 buttons on front opening. Full-button closure (Front placket, Front button closure) with vertical button holes. Buttons are urea cat's eye buttons.

Collar Type : Regular collar with collar stand for crisper appearance.

Bottom hem type : Rounded shirttails with side gussets. Curved hem ( shirt tail ). The shirttail scallop edge is finished with a side gusset, and double twisted thread run off from the shirttail scallop edge, a classic detail found on authentic work shirts.

Pocket : This shirt has twin chest pockets with bunnton closure. The upper pocket corners are bar tacked for extra strength. The left side pocket has a brand label.

Yoke type : Curved back yoke. A shirt yoke is made from triple layers of fabric for durability. Reinforced double-layers shoulder yoke for greater durability at at stress points.

Back of the Shirt : No pleats for easy ironing and clean lines.

Pattern Type : Plaid pattern made out of pre-dyed yarns.

Sleeve Style : Set-in sleeves.

Sleeve Length : Short sleeves.

Other details : Key areas are double-stitching and rolled seams for superior strength. *Since this item is indigo-dyed, it's prone to crocking, or color transfer, so wear (and wash) it with dark colors till it's worn in. We recommend washing separately and wearing with similar or darker shades, as color transfer may occur on lighter garments.
