I bought these to make tie-dye shirts with my son. Worked perfect! Great quality & shipped quickly.I purchased size M, which is suggested for ages 10-12 because my son is 10. Right out of the package, they seemed just right for him but definitely too small for average sized 11/12-yr-olds. Now that I've washed them? They'll be snug on him! So make sure you size up by at least one size, maybe even two sizes if your child is more than 50% for height/weight according to growth charts. Size medium, after being washed, would be more appropriate for 8/10-yr-olds in my opinion.As for the quality? Hanes is a good brand, so the quality is fine. But they really need to change their sizing recommendations for boys' tees.Great buyThese make nice sleep shirts. Thin but soft and comfy. Great alternative for boys who don't like regular PJs. My son is 10 years old, small for his age and I bought size medium. Perfect.A bit large, but they shrank in the wash.Not very soft material. The threading is coming apart on the sleeves already. I haven’t had these shirts for long. They weren’t a lot of money so I’m not going to return them, but I won’t buy them again.My son is 7, a lean tall 55 lbs. After washing and drying these shirts, (medium), they fit nicely, a bit loose, like a regular t-shirt for a 7 yr old. Which is what I wanted. I think the size chart guides to a snug under-layer fit.Good shirts. I will buy them again. Still looking for undershirts that the neck does not stretch out.
